Sjokolat.be is a Certified web shop and will do everything in its power to make you a happy customer. It is possible that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase or about our services. We would appreciate it if you inform us of the matter so we will be able to come to a solution. If you have a complaint, please send an email to
and mention if necessary, the products in question. Please phrase your complaint as clearly as possible so as to facilitate the processing of the complaint. Your complaint will be processed within one working day and you will subsequently receive a response as quickly as possible.
In the event you are not satisfied with the solution offered or how the complaint was dealt with, you are able to file a complaint with the Certified Webshop Foundation.
